§ SIOUX FALLS, SD · CONCRETE FLATWORK
Over 10 years of concrete flatwork in the Sioux Falls area.
§ 01 / NOW BUILD ONE
You just watched a slab go in from the graded base up. Here it is under your hands. Pick a tool, drag across the pad, and lay the base, the steel, the pour, and the finish in the same order the crew does.

Drag the plate compactor across the graded soil to pack it into a solid base.
§ 02 / WHAT WE POUR
01Driveways & Aprons
A driveway that still looks poured right after ten winters.
02Sidewalks & Walkways
Flat and safe to walk long before the frost sets in.
03Garage & Shop Floors
A floor built to carry the truck and the years under it.
04Foundations & Slabs
The part the whole build stands on, poured square and true.
05New Construction
The flatwork your build schedule can actually count on.
Decorative & Colored
Stamped, colored, and decorative finishes by request.

The part you never see is the part that lasts.

GRADE
The ground is cut and compacted flat before a single yard is poured, and that hidden base is what keeps the slab from settling and cracking on its own schedule instead of yours.

FORMWORK
Wood forms are set to the builder's line before the pour. Square forms are how a slab ends up square, and the clean edge they hold is the edge the finished concrete keeps for good.

REINFORCE
South Dakota puts concrete through a freeze and thaw cycle every year. Steel reinforcing mesh is laid over the base so the slab holds together as one piece instead of drifting apart at the first hard winter.

PLACEMENT
A boom pump reaches across the pad and the crew works the concrete to grade as it lands. Placed in one continuous pour, the slab sets as a single plane instead of cold-jointed sections that can split apart later.

FINISH
The crew floats and finishes the surface to a hard, dense plane. That tight finish is what sheds water and road salt instead of letting them soak in and spall the surface over the years.
§ FOR BUILDERS & GENERAL CONTRACTORS
Driveways, garage and shop floors, foundations, sidewalks, and approaches, handled start to finish by one flatwork sub and poured on your schedule. Over 10 years of new-construction flatwork in the Sioux Falls area means the concrete is one less trade you have to chase.
Area builders keep calling us back, and that word of mouth has the schedule booked out for 2026. New-construction flatwork for 2027 is open now, so the sooner your job is on the calendar, the cleaner it lines up with your build.

§ 03 / BEFORE & AFTER
The same lot, before and after. Forms and plumbing go in, the concrete goes down, and the crew floats it flat end to end, not just around the edges.
Drag between before and after on a real Dakota pour.

No paid reviews, no gimmicks. If we have poured for you, the best thing you can do is leave an honest word so the next neighbor can find us.
§ 05 / NEXT SEASON
The 2026 season filled up on word of mouth. If you have a driveway, a shop floor, or a new build coming, the move is to get on the 2027 list now and get your estimate in the queue. Ask a question any time, day or night, and a real answer is waiting when the office opens.
2027 estimates go in the queue in the order they come in. Earlier calls get first pick of the spring schedule.
